  • Stumbled across your website, Cory! Was nice to meet you this summer on the Chatham food tour in Butler. So this whole beet/chocolate thing seems to be the rage! Ok, perhaps I will give your recipe a go. One can only drink so much beet juice & kvass. Would the recipe translate well to cupcakes per chance?

    • Hi Sheila: It was nice to meet you as well. I think the recipe will translate well to cupcakes. Though I have never tested the batter in cupcake form. If you give it a try, be sure to let me know how it goes.
